Ordering & Delivery FAQ
Can I ring you and order?
For accuracy and security reasons we do not generally accept orders over the phone. Please make your order through our website.
Can you deliver dangerous goods?
Yes, everything you see on our website can be shipped to your address. There are no additional fees to handling the dangerous goods.
When will I get my stuff?
If you place your order before 3pm, we can generally process and ship your order the same day (Monday-Friday).*
Expected delivery times:
- North Island – Overnight (business days).
- South Island – 1-3 business days.
- Rural Delivery – Expect additional 3-4 days delivery.
*Some exceptions may apply such as bulky shipments or out of stock items.
Can I track my order?
You will receive a fulfilment email as soon as your order is packed and ready for the courier. In this email you will receive a courier tracking number.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated during the check out phase based on the size of the items in your cart. Shipping is from $6.50 nation wide.
Rural tickets are an additional cost and will be calculated when you check out.
Do you have stock?
Where possible, our website reflects our current stock levels. In rare circumstances where our stock levels are out of sync, and your order can't be processed we will contact you offering alternate product options or an immediate refund for the products that cannot be supplied.
