200g marine grade E-glass tapes are well suited for a wide range of general purpose applications including boat building, waterproofing, reinforcing, joints and for tidying up and finishing off edges. Available in a variety of convenient widths and lengths to suit most applications. Stitched edges prevent fraying during application. Compatible with with epoxy, polyester or vinyl ester resins.

Lighter cloths such as 200g also help add strength and durabaility to wooden boat joints. When wet-out over wood surfaces, 200g fabrics become transparent, allowing a natural wood finish that is strong and has great clarity.

Fibre glass tape

I purchased some 50mm fibre glass tape to reinforce some strips of wood, which it did very well, I'm very pleased with the results along with the great communication and service with Resincraft.

Difficult product to use.

The tape I have used in the past did not fray and so was easier to use in more difficult places.
I found having to position the tape in akward positions caused it to fray and open the weave.
