The Smooth Cast® 320 Series consists of new ultra-low viscosity/low cost casting resins that yield virtually bubble-free castings. Smooth Cast® 320 Series are 'sister' products to the popular Smooth Cast® 300 Series but cure Off-White. They are easier to colour using So-Strong pigments or Ignite colour tints.
Applications for Smooth Cast® 320 Series resins include reproducing small to medium size sculptures, making prototype models, special effect props, decorative jewelry and taxidermy (bones, antlers, teeth etc.). Easy to mix and pour, these resins offer the convenience of a one to one mix ratio (one Part A to one Part B by volume). Fully cured castings are tough, durable, machinable and paintable and readily accept fillers (such as URE-FIL 3, 5 and 7). They resist moisture and mild solvents.
- MIXING RATIO – 1A:1B

Works well. Especially with thinner casts (5-8mm) and in combination with a rubber silicone mold. Cure times at room temperature were a bit longer than state in the catalogue.
Smooth On Smooth-cast 321 is a great low viscosity high detail resin. This was used for production minis so the long pot life was awesome. The mould was placed in a pressure pot at 20psi for 30mins before de-mould and 2hrs of post cure at 30 degrees. The detail was perfectly rendered and the casts were hard and easy to sand and finish before painting.
Product is pretty good. Goes off very fast and picks up fine detail. Any exposure to sunlight turns items yellow very fast and there’s no way I have found to bleach them back to a bone colour. Quite disappointing
A great easy to use product. The instructions for use are easy to follow and you can produces casts in very quick succession. Make sure you use it within a month or two though as beyond that it doesn't work so well.
