Rebound™ silicone rubbers are easy-to-use platinum-cure silicone rubbers which self-thicken for making BRUSH-ON molds of almost any model. Mixed 1A:1B by volume (no scale necessary), Rebound™ can be applied with a brush or spatula to vertical surfaces without sagging and will cure with negligible shrinkage to a flexible rubber.
Three to Four layers are all that is necessary to make a strong, durable production mold for casting wax, gypsum, concrete or resins (polyurethane, polyester or epoxy resins). Because Rebound™ is a platinum silicone, it will last for many years in your mold library.
Applications include reproducing sculpture, architectural restoration, making candle molds and various other applications

what to buy please helpHi i am new to this and want to do a hobby could someone please tell me what is the easiest and cheapest as i dont want to mess it up first time I am looking for a brush on product please help i am wasting money which i cant afford thank you guys

Great stuff!Great stuff to work with. Much better and easier than latex. I do find that the thickener is usually needed, if only a couple of drops.

Great product, fast delivery.This product does exactly what it says on the box and does it well. I use it as a face coat. An then reinforce with another silicone after wards. ( I have used other planum cure silicones and acetic cure household silicone successfully. Note that household neutral cure silicone should be avoided as it will prevent curing of any other layers or additions)
